Begin your Ayurvedic path with a consultation to determine your unique mind/body constitution and identify any imbalances. This appointment may involve gathering your medical history, clinical observation, diet, and lifestyle questionnaires.
A unique treatment plan is developed based on this initial assessment to bring you back into a state of balance and help you achieve your goals. The treatment plan is customized per client to help educate on Ayurvedic principles which may include suggestions regarding:

• Nutrition

• Lifestyle habits and routines

• Herbs, tinctures, oils*

• Movement practices such as yoga

• Pranayama

• Meditation

• and Mindfulness practices such as thought processing and journaling

  *Prescribed herbs, tinctures, and oils are not included in the price of the initial consultation.

We are delighted to make our offerings accessible to as many people as possible at a time when natural solutions for health are so necessary. All wellness services are offered in our Harvard Square and Newton wellness spaces as well as via Telehealth. During the booking process, you’ll select your preferred location. If Telehealth is your selection, your clinician will provide you with a link to join a meeting on the Zoom platform prior to your appointment.

Appointment Payment & Refund Policy:

Payment for Ayurvedic consultations, services, and treatments will be processed upon booking using the agreed upon payment method.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to receive an account credit; account credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchase with Boston Ayurveda School and/or Down Under Yoga. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in no account credit. Refunds will not be processed in the form of account credit and not to the card on file.
